According to Wikipedia (http://wikipedia.org/), "Procrastination refers to the counterproductive deferment of actions or tasks to a later time."

What is more important to note is that Procrastination can result in stress, a sense of guilt, and a loss of personal productivity, all which could promote further procrastination.

Some might consider Procrastination to be the opposite of productivity, and a lack of productivity will continue to hold you back in achieving your goals.

You've got to STOP feeling guilty about Procrastinating and make a change for the better.

How can anyone think they will get a different result if they keep doing the same thing again and again?
